Interview with training partner, roomie and friend - Jodie Stimpson

- For those out there who always wonder, explain ‘Balls in the wheelie bin’
Ok this is from Stuart Hayes, ball smashing session means that Team Dillons session hurt so much its like smashing his balls in the wheelie bin, i use it all the time, boob smashing does not have the same effect ! 

- What’s Hollie’s most annoying habit?
Hmmmm well there is so many to choose from which one should I go for as my number one? Only joking the only thing I could say is just a little bit messy so I can't see the floor sometimes but that’s ok who needs to see that :-)

- What’s your favourite meal to make?
You have got me addicted to pumpkin so now its steak, pumpkin salad and you know I love my salads. 

- Favourite session?
My favourite session is between two , my long run in the Lake Lands with Michelle pushing the pace every now and then or track sessions. 

- Favourite song?
This one is a toughy, I don't really have a favourite song but I am into Rhianna's new album at the minute but I love the older artists, Bryan Adams, Phil Colins, Savage Garden. 

- Funniest 2012 Gold Coast moment?
There has been so many with our group full of comedians there are loads to pick from but my top pick has got to be from the wedding of the year when Stuart gave is groom speak after downing five glasses of Champaign. 

- If you could be trapped on an island with one person from our squad, not including me of course, who would it be and why?
Got to be Michelle, she is not only my coach but one of my best friends but saying that there would be no escaping balls in the wheelie bin session then. 

- Favourite triathlon moment?
U23 world championships on the gold coast were I got 2nd to my training partner ,you :-) good trip, was a very memorable trip with the GB squad doing so well. 

- Earliest triathlon memory?
Abby Triathlon my first one when i was 9years old and i won. 

- Favourite race and why?
Every time I have raced at London Hyde park from me coming 8th in 2009 , 23rd in 2010 and 14th in 2011 the race is amazing and gives me such a buzz from the race. There is nothing like the left that a home crowd and family support can give you.

- Who do you think is the hottest triathlete ?
Alessandro Fabian from Italy.

- Who does Hollie think is the most attractive triathlete?
I reckon he’s from New Zealand, but I wouldn’t want to name drop would I!

- Hollie is a bit of a drama queen, what’s been my most dramatic moment so far? 
I am choosing to stay silent on this one, there are some things your readers should not know :-)

- Who’s your favourite tweeter?
todd_leckie – always has some interesting tweets and keeps me interested!

- I stretch every day, 10 times a day, do you wish you stretched as much as me? 
haha if I stretched as much as you I would walk like Stuart down the stairs, like someone who has been knocked over by a truck from ball smashing Team Dillon session.
